I am currently in Tampa area, Florida at the moment, but offer services in Ocala, Wellington and anywhere else that is within 250 miles. I understand that a majority of my Work is in Ocala and Wellington, so I will post on my Message Board page a week before the dates I will be in your area, and will need to email me at TBC@thebarnconcierge.com to inquire about availability. I try to make it to each location at the very least twice a month. That being said, If I have at least 3 barns booked, then the travel fee will be split up between all of the barns. Fees vary depending on distance.
I don't have one. I would very much appreciate at least a 24 hours notice of cancelation. But I am realistic and know that horses are unpredictable. So you will never have to stress if you need to cancel of reschedule .
A 50$ deposit is required when you book your days with appointments after we have our consult and you decide to book me.
